Extensive knowledge of electrical material, equipment, and labor pricing, including switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, conduit, wire/cable, raceways, lighting systems, controls, and balance-of-plant electrical scopes; strong understanding of market volatility, lead times, vendor availability, and supply-chain drivers. This should include extensive work in construction cost estimating and pre-construction services, ideally across industrial, commercial, high-tech, utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, and/or distributed generation (DG) projects, with demonstrated coordination with electrical and gas utilities for interconnection.
