You will oversee on-site activities for residential building projects, including project scheduling, managing customer and supplier relations, enforcing safety protocols, reviewing documents, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining equipment, and performing necessary construction work; all with the goal of safeguarding the company's interests. Manage and perform various construction work, including framing walls, roofs, insulation and vapor barrier installation, operating tools, installing fixtures, etc., all as needed to complete the project on time and on budget.
