MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related field OR; Associate's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other related field AND Two (2) years of experience in construction field OR; High school diploma or equivalent AND Four (4) years of experience in construction field. Maintains and assures technical competence in the Planning, Design, & Construction field by attending in-services, assisting outside contractors, reading trade literature and attending schools.
