The TFO MEP/QCx Manager works closely with the General Contractor, trade partners, commissioning teams, vendors, and owner stakeholders to validate QA/QC execution, drive issue resolution, support L2/L3 readiness, and maintain alignment between field progress, documentation, and turnover requirements. Verify that required inspection and test documentation is completed, including pre-startup reports, NETA test reports, torque/megger sheets, arc flash documentation, hydrostatic test reports, flushing reports, point-to-point testing, and startup documentation.
