Direct field personnel, equipment operators, laborers and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delay and keep project progress on track. This position requires strong work planning, sequencing and staff management skills to bid and execute field construction projects within scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet contract requirements.
