We are committed to providing superior service and leaving things better than we found them.  Job Summary: Laborers will work under the direct supervision of the jobsite foreman, superintendent, and project manager. The Laborer is responsible for tasks involving physical labor and may include lifting, pulling, digging, cleaning work sites, maintaining and cleaning equipment and tools. Performing all work in accordance with AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and project specifications.<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Work effectively to ensure deadlines of job are met.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Perform daily tool inspection checks. Report any malfunctions of tools or problems to immediate supervisor.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Maintain cleanliness at jobsite.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Ensure tools are clean, properly shut down and stored at the end of the shift.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Maintain accurate logs and records.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Fueling of equipment.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Always adhere to corporate safety policies and procedures.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Use tools in a safe manner to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Wear all company required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li style="line-height:normal">Perform related duties and responsibilities as required by supervisor.</li></ul> Requirements and Education:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions</li><li style="line-height:normal">The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination.</li><li style="line-height:normal">The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be able to listen, follow directions and communicate effectively with others</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be able to wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment including at a minimum: steel-toed boots, safety vest, hard hat, eye protection, and hearing protection.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must possess knowledge of tools, equipment and workplace safety.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must demonstrate skills in communications and teamwork.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be able to lift, pull and manage heavy equipment and objects up to 50 pounds.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be able to work outdoors in exposure to extreme heat and cold.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be able to take company required precautions to be protected from irritants due to possible exposure to eye, nose and skin irritants</li><li style="line-height:normal">Stress level may be increased due to schedule of work and demands of completing task safety and on time.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be able to climb ladders and climb up to and into cabs on heavy equipment.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Must be able to walk over uneven and broken ground.</li></ul> Preferred Requirements and Education:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Understanding of and ability to check grade is a big plus.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Class A CDL is a plus.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.</li></ul>  EEO StatementAIS Infrastructure Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and resolve any issues that may arise. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on USACE. They will work closely with the Project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and resolve any issues that may arise. They must have a solid understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations, as well as experience in managing complex construction projects. The Construction Superintendent should have a high attention to detail, with the ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. They must also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Oversee and manage all construction activities on USACE projects• Work closely with the Project team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders• Maintain a safe and productive work environment• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan• Generate progress reports and update project schedules as needed• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns• Provide leadership and support to the construction team• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesRequirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Management</li><li>Experience working on USACE projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Ability to effectively manage a team and resolve issues</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening</li><li>The personnel need to be familiar with all USACE work, RMS use, P-6 scheduling etc. </li></ul>BenefitsCompetitive Salary, per diem, car allowance and Medical,Dental and Vision covered for contractor
