The Commercial Construction Project Superintendent is an onsite team leader working with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Director of Field Operations, and General Superintendent to ensure effective management and coordination of assigned jobsite resources toward the common goal of quality and timely delivery of services which exceed customer’s expectations. Responsible for enforcing Hubbell’s work rules and safety policies as they apply to Hubbell Construction Services and its employees in addition to ensuring that subcontractors are held responsible for enforcing these same work rules and safety policies as they relate to their employees, subcontractors, hired labor piece workers, hourly workers, workers by the foot, etc.
