Prepare and bake a full range of fresh pastries daily using established formulas and production systems, including quick breads, cookies, cakes, pies, choux, sweet breads, laminated doughs and more. This position will be primarily focused on daily pastry production for our busy coffee shop, while also providing pastry support for our sister brands; Ome Caterers, The Morris Proper and The Maple, as business demand requires.
