Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or Technical degree in a related field plus 5 years of maintenance supervisory or operations management experience, or a High school diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of maintenance supervisory or operations management experience in a continuous, industrial manufacturing environment (preferably in a food, feed or chemical production industry). Activities include ensuring operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, proactive and precision maintenance planning and scheduling, contractor management, vendor and spare parts management, implementing best practices and programs for processes, safety, training, and staff development.
