As an Agricultural Drainage Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of agricultural drainage systems to improve the productivity and sustainability of our clients' land.Key Responsibilities:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="line-height:normal">Lead a team of skilled workers in the construction of agricultural drainage systems</li><li style="line-height:normal">Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects</li><li style="line-height:normal">Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards</li><li style="line-height:normal">Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses</li><li style="line-height:normal">Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="line-height:normal">Prior experience in agricultural drainage construction</li><li style="line-height:normal">Demonstrated leadership and team management skills</li><li style="line-height:normal">Strong communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li style="line-height:normal">Knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment</li><li style="line-height:normal">Valid driver's license - Class A CDL preferred</li></ul>If you are passionate about improving agricultural practices and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
