As our OASIS Specialist (RN), you will partner closely with our clinical teams to review OASIS assessments, support plan-of-care development, strengthen documentation accuracy, and help ensure patients receive appropriate, high-quality care. As our OASIS Specialist (RN), you'll have the opportunity to make an impact across our clinical teams by helping clinicians strengthen documentation, navigate OASIS requirements, and develop plans of care that accurately reflect each patient's individual needs.
