 C-U Under Construction is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and best practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.</li><li>Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Identify and address potential issues and risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.</li><li>Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.</li><li>Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.</li><li>Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the residential, commercial, or industrial construction sectors.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.</li><li>PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Retirement plan options</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>A supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>

Must be able to safely operate or have the ability to learn to operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers, etc. Meet maximum weight restrictions of 265 pounds due to manufacturer requirements on safety related equipment used to work in elevate work environment.

JOB SUMMARY: Installs posters and bulletins as well as performs maintenance as required to the physical structure and surrounding property. In addition, performs work on all Digital Assets as required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:* <ul><li> The ability to climb without restrictions fixed, portable and/or extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily. </li><li> The ability to work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet in height for up to 70% of the work day. </li><li> Must be able to lift weight up to 100 lbs. without restrictions or limitations through demonstrated safe lifting practices. </li><li> Working knowledge of or ability to learn the proper use of an oxygen/acetylene torch. </li><li> Working knowledge of or ability to learn the proper use of an AC/DC welder. </li><li> Must be able to safely operate or have the ability to learn to operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers, etc. </li><li> Is required to possess a valid driver’s license in order to operate company vehicles. </li><li> Utilize all safety related equipment without exception as mandated by Adams Outdoor Advertising operating procedures. </li><li> Understanding and possession of basic mathematics skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. </li><li> Must have a full range of motion in order to install and maintain posters and bulletin signage. </li><li> Meet maximum weight restrictions of 265 pounds due to manufacturer requirements on safety related equipment used to work in elevate work environment. </li><li> The ability to work in all weather conditions when necessary. </li><li> The ability to tolerate the risk of expose associated with an outdoor environment. </li><li> Comply and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines without exception. </li><li> Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>High School or equivalent degree. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with the external clients and the internal client at all levels of personnel. </li><li>Highly adaptable to changing work environments </li><li>Must be able to travel as required. </li><li>Must prioritize and execute tasks and assignments. </li><li>Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. </li></ul>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the people assigned to this job.
