POSITION OVERVIEW: The Terminal Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the terminal, including transportation operations, dock operations, staffing, safety, DOT compliance, customer service, equipment, and employee accountability. The successful Terminal Manager will take ownership of the operation, communicate expectations clearly, follow through on commitments, address problems quickly, and build a team that understands the importance of safety and customer service.
