Engages with customers and stakeholders to build buy-in for modular construction projects, executes project planning and modular scorecard completion, reviews designs for constructability and logistical feasibility, performs the execution of QA/QC plans, development of logistics plans using 3D scans, and oversees testing and commissioning requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Executes management of field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, including overseeing safety protocols, managing construction activities in accordance with project requirements, conducting regular inspections of the installation, maintaining and promoting a "punch as you go" punch list, and driving schedule execution through resource management and communication with stakeholders.
