Create and manage programs to keep tools and equipment in designated areas; schedule cleaning of equipment, store product in an organized and neat manner, salvage or dispose of all damaged freight within 48 hours, supervise cleaning of restrooms and break rooms, maintain strict rodent and pest control; assure compliance with government regulations and insist on a "clean as you go" program with all employees. The Operations Manager serves as a coordinator between warehouse operations (inbound, picking, order assembly, shipping) and other areas like traffic, wave planners (USA/SAL), replenishment analyst, inventory, IT, Operations Intradeco, etc.
