Maintain responsibility for on-site field operations, including safety, quality, schedule, daily reports, and required documents and productivity Lead mechanical PVC and utility piping construction activities, including process piping and steam systems Supervise, coordinate, and mentor foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and helpers Interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and job orders Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and deliveries Enforce OSHA and company safety policies. Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience in mechanical PVC and/or utility piping construction Strong background in industrial mechanical systems Experience with piping and industrial utilities, such as steam, water, air, and glycol Proven ability to lead and motivate field crews Strong safety mindset with thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations Willingness to travel as required, clean driving record.
