Minimum seven (7) years of experience managing facility construction projects, including supervision or coordination of engineering, design and construction activities, schedule control, cost management, program budgeting, and overall project management activities. The CM provides contractor support only and will not perform inherently governmental functions, accept or reject work, authorize changes, approve RFIs or submittals, supervise Government personnel, or direct construction means and methods.
