Duties include developing and implementing successful strategies to win competitive solicitations, successfully planning and executing CNO maintenance availabilities, coordinating work in Groton, at off-site locations, between EB sites and between subcontractors, and managing execution of work safely, on time and on budget with requisite quality in Groton or at remote locations. Specifically, engagement will be throughout the waterfront organizations including, but not limited to, the following: Planning, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Test, Contracts, Finance, Ship’s Force, SUPSHIP Groton, and PMS 392.
