Capital Markets Support: Conduct market research across capital-markets trends, investor appetite, peer benchmarking, and emerging financing structures, and support the execution of capital raising and financing transactions, including evaluation of key financing terms, drafting presentations, and assisting with management of key lender and financial sponsor relationships. Transaction Execution & Coordination: Support deal workstreams from launch through close - including data room management, diligence responses, and documentation coordination - and partner with legal, accounting, energy origination, tax, and corporate development teams to keep assumptions and deliverables aligned, maintaining a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, and key milestones.
