Trade Specific Requirements - As applicable to chilled water, hot water, condenser water, steam, heating water, and hydronic distribution systemsDevelop accurate hydronic piping models (CHW, HW, steam, condenser water, heating water, glycol, etc.) in alignment with mechanical schematics, riser diagrams, and equipment submittals. The BIM/VDC Detailer collaborates closely with Team Leads, Project Management, Field Operations and/or coordinators to ensure deliverables support downstream uses, including coordination, fabrication, material procurement, installation planning, and record documentation.
