During the early phases of project development, your primary focus will be managing large-scale site development and infrastructure programs including land clearing, mass earthwork, grading, drainage systems, utility installation, access roads, logistics planning, temporary facilities, power infrastructure coordination, and overall project readiness for future vertical construction activities. Project Managers play a critical role in transforming greenfield sites into mission-critical campuses by aligning customers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineering teams, and field operations around a common execution strategy.
