Working as an integral part of the Landmark Builders preconstruction team, this Estimator will provide estimating services across all market segments and all delivery methods, including design-build, construction manager, design-bid-build, negotiated, guaranteed maximum price, and lump sum commercial construction projects. Working field safety knowledge including: Heavy Highway and Bridge Construction, Crane Operations, Asphalt Plant and Lay down Activities, along with various other grade and utility construction preferred. Accident Investigation: Support field leadership in the completion of thorough and complete accident investigations, to determine root causes, correction actions and implementation of preventative measures.
