Assess workload, service demand, performance trends, capability gaps, and emerging PWS requirements; develop data-supported business cases and recommend adding personnel or labor categories to the contract when additional staffing would improve mission support, reduce performance risk, or support contract growth, subject to company leadership, Contracting Officer Representative, funding, and contractual approval. This Program Manager will support SAF/CN by coordinating contractor execution across these mission areas; managing taskings, schedules, deliverables, risks, and staffing; and ensuring that executive administration, portfolio support, ETMS2, information-access programs, FOIA activities, knowledge management, and related services remain aligned with SAF/CN priorities and PWS requirements.
