Working closely with Project Managers and Operations Leadership, the Heavy Civil Superintendent oversees day-to-day field operations, including production planning, crew leadership, mass earthwork, grading, excavation, drainage installation, GPS machine control, erosion and sediment control, quality control, scheduling, equipment utilization, and customer coordination. R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced and motivated Utility-Scale Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead field operations performing earthwork, grading, excavation, and site development on utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, battery energy storage (BESS), and substation projects throughout the United States.
