<div><strong>Job Title:</strong> Construction Safety Manager</div><div><strong>Location:</strong> Millersport, OH<br/><strong>Start Date:</strong> May 2026<br/> </div><div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced <strong>Construction Safety Manager</strong>. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety practices in accordance with OSHA regulations and client standards.<br/> </div><div>We are looking for a <strong>self-directed, detail-oriented safety professional</strong> with excellent communication and computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven construction environment.<br/> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Serve as the primary <strong>EHS representative</strong> for the project, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and contract requirements.</li><li>Support the project management team with <strong>on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training</strong> coordination.</li><li>Conduct and document <strong>daily safety inspections</strong> of the job site.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date <strong>safety logs</strong>, incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping (including injury/illness logs).</li><li>Interface with regulatory agencies such as <strong>OSHA</strong> as needed.</li><li>Provide ongoing <strong>safety training</strong> and toolbox talks to on-site personnel.</li><li>Participate in <strong>incident investigations</strong> and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards.<br/> </li></ul><div><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>5+ years of continuous experience in construction safety management.</li><li>OSHA 510 is mandatory, preferred CHST.</li><li>Strong background in large facility or data center builds.</li><li>Report to and/or coordinate with the owner or client onsite HSE professional representative by communicating effectively.</li><li>Exceptional communication - written & verbally.</li><li>Current First Aid/CPR certification.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital safety platforms.</li><li>Must be able to work independently and manage site safety with minimal supervision.</li><li>U.S. Citizenship required.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>About Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc.:</strong><p> Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc.
