Experienced with MSN Office Suite including: Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Reader/Acrobat and other business software applications with Timberline experience desired In-depth Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations, pertinent governing safety regulations, building trade terminology, and technical aspects of field specialty Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations Experience in construction scheduling and cost control Experience in preparing, maintaining and managing all on-site project documentation Organized, analytical self-starter with ability to problem solve and work independently Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications Ability to manage diverse groups and create and foster a team approach to the project Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. Resolve Unforeseen Conditions: Unplanned interferences, contract discrepancies, and other construction conflict problems and disputes between contractor, site staff, inspector, project manager and professional consultants Provide technical assistance: Interpretation of drawings and specifications and other contract documents for constructability, biddability, site access, staging, material laydown, Recommend construction methods and equipment, and changes to maximize the ultimate success of the project Review and provide comment to Change Order Requests (COR) from the sub-contractors.
