Develop estimates ranging from Rough Order Magnitude (ROM), budgetary, time and material, cost reimbursable, lump sum, and unit pricing estimates for environmental remediation, site preparation, geotechnical construction, decommissioning and industrial demolition projects. Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to promote the understanding of the scope of work, changes, potential Requests for Information, and adjustments to cost estimates prior to proposal submission to formulate accurate estimates while mitigating risk for the organization.
