The Project Manager has the following duties which include safety of UMEC field personnel assigned to the projects, field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial outcome, projections and reporting, material and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management. Able to effectively operate the following computer software programs - Microsoft (Excel, Works, Project, Access, and Powerpoint), Bluebeam Revu PDF editing, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software), and Quotesoft Estimating Software.
