In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, the Senior Social Worker provides clinical supervision and mentorship to social workers and licensed mental health counselors, promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributes to the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated behavioral health services across the department. Embedded within a primary care site, the Senior Social Worker partners closely with pediatric providers to deliver consultation, behavioral health assessment, triage, crisis planning, and brief, time-limited interventions for an assigned patient panel.
