Who You Are: * 0-5+ years of experience in project management, engineering support, or utility/energy projects * Electrical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent power/utility experience) * Experience or exposure to Grid compliance or regulated utility programs and or Transmission lines, substations, or power infrastructure * Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office * Utility or NERC‑related project exposure is preferred * Field experience with substations or transmission assets * Consulting or contract‑based project experience Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you! Your Day-to-Day: * Support project execution across electrical, transmission, substation, or grid‑compliance programs * Maintain schedules, milestones, and action tracking using MS Project and Smartsheet * Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and compliance team members * Track risks, costs, and deliverables; support change management * Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and project documentation * Participate in project meetings and site visits.
