The Delivery, Site & Service Associate Director leads multi-disciplinary field, logistics and service teams, coordinates with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Sales and serves as a senior customer-facing leader from pre-site readiness through commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle service. Work closely with the customer and project management team to ensure jobsite services are completed on-time, within budget, and flawless quality including managing site schedules, look-ahead plans, and constraints; proactively communicate risks, mitigation plans, and required decisions.
