Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for assigned project work (could be singular project or multiple projects) and all activities associated with the assigned project/s, including the coordination of work schedules and staffing, contractors or subcontractors, timeline, arranging for materials and equipment, procurement of needed items, and project budgets; all things related to the project(s) from the quoting phase to actual onsite management through the final close out of the project. Conduct Pre-Hand-Off Meeting (prior to commencement of the project) & Post-Hand-Off Meeting (post completion of the project) with the salesperson and operations team ensuring clarity of the scope and expectations, as well as establishing lessons learned.
