Job Title: Strategy & Communications Process & Implementation Contractor Location: Remote Contract Duration: 9 Months Pay Range: $45.00 - $51.80 USD hourly on W2 Job Description The Strategy & Communications Process & Implementation Contractor role is responsible for designing, establishing, and leading the operational processes, digital system support, and governance for Strategy & Communications team, which includes responsibility for rolling out governance model, system capabilities readiness, and process adherence for Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IMCP) and Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP). This role ensures capabilities translate into measurable productivity improvements and durable behavior change by embedding tools into existing habits, deploying role-based training, establishing feedback loops, and coordinating rollouts across different but interconnected workstreams, including the IEP, Scientific Communication Platform (SCP) and Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IMCP).
