Essential duties and responsibilities include contributing to and validating proposals and specifications, assisting the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability, ensuring subcontractor has submitted the required documents, establishing timelines and goals, managing key metrics and reporting on as required, coordinating with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM, and assisting in the review of submitted proposals and contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Other requirements include the ability to travel out of town, which may include overnight travel, having transportation and a valid driver's license, ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, ability to read, write, and speak English, and open to relocation after completion of the program.
