Now Hiring: Independent Commercial Sales RepresentativeFlorida | Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor $100K–$125K+ Earning Potential (Commission-Based)Position OverviewQuaker Windows & Doors is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Representative to expand our presence across Florida. This role is focused on territory growth, specification development, and project-driven sales within the commercial window and door market.You'll play a key role in building relationships, driving specifications, and supporting customers across contractors, glazing partners, architects, and commercial dealers.What You'll Lead<ul><li>Own and grow a defined territory across Florida.</li><li>Develop new business with general contractors, glazing contractors, architects, and commercial partners</li><li>Strengthen and expand relationships with existing commercial accounts</li><li>Drive architectural specifications and influence project opportunities from design through completion</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, providing product knowledge, application guidance, and technical support</li><li>Conduct regular in-person customer visits, jobsite support, and project reviews</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer experience</li><li>Deliver product training and ongoing education to customers and partners</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial building materials or related industries</li><li>Window and Door sales experience</li><li>Experience in architectural promotion and specification sales strongly preferred</li><li>Background working with commercial or prefabricated window systems preferred</li><li>Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and navigate jobsite environments</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree</li><li>Experience working with contractors, glazing partners, or commercial construction channels</li></ul>Compensation & Employment TypeThis position may be structured as either a 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 employee, depending on candidate experience, business structure, and mutual alignment.Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, with total earnings expected in the $100K–$125K+ range based on performance.Why Quaker Windows & DoorsAs a nationwide leader in window and door manufacturing for over 75 years, our employees don't just work together at Quaker-we grow, innovate, and succeed together.
