Excellent written and verbal communication Advanced computer skills Ability to read drawings / prints and specifications Experience with scheduling Ability to identify value-engineering alternatives Prior advanced cost proposal and work breakdown development experience Ability to prepare and review technical documents Must be task oriented and self-motivated with the inherent ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and work as team members as well as a team lead Experience working with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Preferred Twenty-five plus (25+) years in equivalent experience in environmental remediation and construction activities Current OSHA 30 and 40-hour HAZWOPER preferred Current experience with federal clients including AFCEC, NAVFAC, USACE, USEPA, and others Previous experience with disaster relief and recovery type projects (i.e. hurricane recovery) Familiarity with the Small Business Association federal contracting rules and regulations, particularly with Alaska Native Corporations. Ability to travel to project sites when required sites Ability to pass a background check to obtain access to military bases Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, USACE Resident Management System (RMS) for submittals, daily reporting, QC documentation, and project recordkeeping.
