Coordinate training of Government maintenance personnel with the eOMSI Preparer to assure training materials and training classes are accurate and provide instruction and documentation on critical elements of the products, materials, and systems in the constructed facility. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, architecture, or construction management and 5 years QCM experience on USACE, NAVFAC, DoE, or DoD projects (10 years' experience as QCM will be considered in lieu of education).
