This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proven experience in property preservation or a similar role</li><li>Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, window and door installation, lock changes, grass cutting, flooring, and other property-related work.</li><li>Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Perform the Job according to the Job Scope.</li><li>Follow the vendor manager's instructions strictly and keep them updated about your work while you are at the site.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.</li><li>You should have your own vehicle and tools.</li><li>Must have a Valid driver’s license.</li></ul>Our Benefits: <ul><li>Trip fee</li><li>Weekly $1500 - $4000</li><li>Flexible Hours – Manage Your Schedule.​</li></ul>About Secure Home Field Services Family: We are a well-known property maintenance company.
