A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Process Lab Senior Associate.    Position Type: Full time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Palm Bay, FL 32905 (Onsite) As an Engineering Services Associate you will <ul><li>Evaluate and test polymers, adhesives, composite, and metals used in Aerospace and Defense programs and analyze the physical, chemical, mechanical, and thermal properties.</li><li>Perform destructive and non-destructive techniques to test material properties with analytical methods.</li><li>Interface with internal customers to assist in the evaluation and application of numerous materials and processes relevant to the technical activities.</li><li>Work in a hands-on laboratory environment involving hazardous chemicals and conditions where safety needs to be maintained using appropriate personal protective equipment and adherence to handling procedures.</li><li>Generate reports of completed work for program/quality/design teams, management, customers</li><li>Receive and analyze materials following all supplied detailed instructions and procedures</li><li>Make observations and interpret findings</li><li>Design and execute laboratory testing according to in-house procedures, Quality processes, and industry standards such as ASTM, ICP, and ISO</li><li>Work with technicians and engineers to supply programs accurate results and recommendations</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and assist in ordering supplies</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines</li><li>Plan and work on multiple projects at one time delivering results to required schedules</li></ul>  An ideal candidate will <ul><li>Have bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
