This role ensures capabilities translate into measurable productivity improvements and durable behavior change by embedding tools into existing habits, deploying role-based training, establishing feedback loops, and coordinating rollouts across different but interconnected workstreams, including the IEP, Scientific Communication Platform (SCP) and Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IClientP). The Strategy & Communications Process & Implementation Contractor role is responsible for designing, establishing, and leading the operational processes, digital system support, and governance for Strategy & Communications team, which includes responsibility for rolling out governance model, system capabilities readiness, and process adherence for Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IClientP) and Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP).
