Responsibilities:
We are looking for the following:<ul><li>Inground basketball hoop installers</li></ul>involves assembly and of in ground basketball systems. We are looking for people with pick-up trucks, cargo vans, or sprinter vans. Experience with concrete is preferred. Additional work with fitness equipment and furniture is also available.

Qualifications:
If your team can meet these expectations, we want you as our next contractor!<ul><li>Experience with concrete is preferred</li><li>Must own or lease cargo van, sprinter, or smaller box truck. Other vehicles may be reviewed</li><li>Must have a reliable helper.  Two-man teams required.</li><li>Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications</li><li>Must have an EIN (federal tax ID) - This can be obtained (free) at irs.gov </li><li>Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations</li><li>DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.</li><li>Must comply with your state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work</li><li>Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors including helpers</li><li>MVR are performed for all driving contractors</li><li>You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service, be tech savvy with a mobile phone and excellent communication skills<hr/><a href="https://www.aitworldwide.com/" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Visit our Site to Learn more about AIT Worldwide!">Visit our Site to Learn more about AIT Worldwide!</a></li></ul>

They will work to provide tracking updates, onboarding and equipment updates. They will also process the badge requests for workers that will be onsite. For onboarding, the candidate will process reports to analyze offboarding data, clearly identify offboarding population, work on communicating with supplier to gather equipment return details. The worker will also work closely with the TSC team to ensure equipment is returned timely. Soft Skills: Time Management Excellent Customer Service Verbal and Written Communication Follow-Up Skills Role Differentiator: This role is a contractor to hire position. Allows for career growth due to multiple eco system relationships and high touch customer service with managers at . Interview Process: One 30 minute interview with manager, and second round interview with manager and upper level management
