This position is ideal for security professionals who thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex security challenges.</p><p><b>Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Ability to travel 5 - 10% (typically 1 - 2 trips per year).</p></li></ul><p><b></b></p><p><b>Program Security Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Implement and manage SAP security programs in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, ICD 705, and customer-specific directives.</p></li><li><p>Develop, update, and maintain program SOPs, security plans, Program Protection Plans, PPPs, emergency action plans, and classification guidance.</p></li><li><p>Prepare for and manage government inspections and internal self-inspections.</p></li><li><p>Review program requirements and system documentation to ensure security requirements are incorporated into program execution.</p></li></ul><p><b>Personnel Security (PERSEC)</b></p><ul><li><p>Process PARs, prescreening questionnaires, briefings, refresher trainings, and debriefings.</p></li><li><p>Maintain personnel security records using DISS, SIMS, JADE, and other required tools.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update access rosters and process incoming and outgoing classified visit certifications.</p></li><li><p>Manage indoctrinations, eligibility determinations, and access tracking across multiple programs.</p></li></ul><p><b>Facility & Physical Security</b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee SAPF operations, including access control, entry procedures, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and physical configuration management.</p></li><li><p>Partner with physical security to ensure proper operation and maintenance of access control and alarm systems.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and all accreditation documentation for classified work areas.</p></li><li><p>Apply ICD 705 standards to facility upgrades and new construction projects.</p></li></ul><p><b>Information & Material Security</b></p><ul><li><p> Coordinate with IT and ISSO teams to ensure the secure operation of classified systems and media. </p></li><li><p>Maintain accountability for classified materials, including inventories, receipts, transmissions, and destruction records.</p></li><li><p>Ensure classified materials are marked, stored, and controlled in accordance with program and contractual requirements.</p></li></ul><p><b>Administrative & Customer Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain organized filing systems, logs, tracking lists, and secure program areas.</p></li><li><p>Respond to customer walk-ins and provide ad hoc security support as needed.</p></li><li><p>Support program meetings, staff meetings, and teleconferences.</p></li><li><p>Establish positive, solution-focused working relationships with internal program teams and government PSRs and PSOs.</p></li><li><p>Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers while fostering a highly collaborative team environment.</p></li></ul><p><b>Education & Training</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop, update, deliver, and track initial, event-driven, and annual SAP security education, training, and awareness.</p></li><li><p>Interpret and implement classification guidance.</p></li></ul><p><b>Incident Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Investigate, document, and report security incidents or violations.</p></li><li><p>Recommend corrective actions and maintain communication with leadership and government security authorities.</p></li></ul><p><b>Compensation Range: </b>$101,600 - $ 132,000 </p><p>The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
