Monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information to support effective supply chain operations* Coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other key functions to optimize the supply chain* Identify bottlenecks and problem areas; escalate or recommend corrective actions* Work directly with suppliers to resolve logistical issues* May support negotiation of contracts and service-level agreements* Assume a leadership role within work groups as neededMinimum Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; 14 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree* 4+ years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or operations experiencePreferred Qualifications:* Experience working with the U.S. Navy, including roles such as: Active duty, Government civilian, or Support contractor* Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05)* Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analytical roleClearance Requirement:* Must hold an active Secret clearancePhysical Requirements:* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.* There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
