They are in the business of selling home warrantees for appliances, all utilities and their hookups (water, electrical, HVAC, gas…and all of the lines) coming into the homes, and this is a new(er) campaign to reach out to their customer base with multiple ways to reach out to them. This is an enterprise wide program looking at addressing all things from process flows, data tables, risk mitigation, etc., and capture as many new clients in a variety of ways in an organized and systematic approach.
