In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements. Analysis and evaluation shall result in a daily update to 22 SOPS stakeholders, including status of space communication architectures, identifying potential performance or capacity problems, provide updates on existing issues, and corrective action plans.
