The applicant who is hired will receive wages within the range that will be based on several factors, including, as applicable, criteria such as years and type of experience, relevant education, training, qualifications, certifications/licensing, skills, geographic location, performance, market considerations, seniority system, merit system, type of shift worked, systems that measure earnings by quantity or quality of production, and business or organizational needs (such as whether the position requires regular and necessary travel). Overall responsibility for the multiple plant operations financial results and delivery of accurate timely results in accordance with IFRS and company processes/procedures by working closely with the Plant management team, Cost Accounting/Inventory management and Supply Chain Finance teams.
