Set up molding machines and trimmer, align and install molds, set and adjust time cycles, air pressures and water temperatures, position labeler, change over and adjust reamer, trim stations, material inspection system, and adjust sequence timing for all operations. Respond to emergency work order requests, troubleshoot, and analyze systems, investigate the nature of the problems, check for software and hardware defects and verify equipment for proper operation.
