While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works at construction sites where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes, or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. Position Description: Under the direction of the VP of Benefits and in partnership with the HQ Benefits team, administer and maintain the employee leave of absence program for one or more Business Centers, ensuring compliance, policy consistency, case management and exceptional employee support.
