You'll be based in our downtown Seattle office in the heart of Pioneer Square, where we offer a comfortable and collaborative environment with onsite amenities including a gym, locker room, lunch area, snacks, TVs, casual attire, and ping pong. You'll manage client accounts, respond to questions and concerns, resolve complaints and disputes, process credit card payments, and support other projects that help the team deliver exceptional service.
