Maintain, diagnose, service, and repair all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment and control systems, including but not limited to heat pumps, variable air volume boxes, air handling units, roof top units, condensers, cooling towers, pumps, chillers, boilers, heat exchangers, water heaters, water coolers, water treatment equipment, coolers, and freezers. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, sit, and move freely throughout the property for duration of scheduled shift.
